STCP hosts experts at the Technical Committee Seminar 148
Technical Committee (CT) 148, of which STCP has been a member since 1999, promoted this meeting dedicated to the themes of safety, logistics, and sustainability in the transport sector, reinforcing the importance of standardization as a strategic tool for the continuous improvement of mobility services. Integration into CT 148 allows STCP to closely monitor trends, legislative developments in the sector, and the development of standards related to road safety in public passenger transport. The event brought together several experts, professionals, and entities from the sector, who debated the essential role of CT 148 in developing standards that contribute to a more efficient, safe, and sustainable transport system. responsible.
The central panel included the participation of Dr. Ana Gonçalves, from the Portuguese Freight Forwarders Association, Dr. Cristina Oliveira from the Portuguese Institute of Quality, Eng. Joaquim Machado from the National Road Safety Authority and Dr. Rui Saraiva from the Porto Public Transport Company.
